What is in it

Leak register

40 rows. Process, touches per week, minutes per touch, hourly rate, headcount. It does the rest.

Annual cost per leak

Loaded at 1.3x for real employer cost across 48 working weeks. Conservative on purpose.

Automatic verdict

Each row is labelled: leave alone, worth fixing, or fix this first.

Summary tab

Total hours lost per week, biggest single leak by name, and your maximum sensible spend.

The two rules it enforces for you

Why $29 and not free

The method is already free and always will be — twelve steps, nothing held back. This is the built version: formulas written, rules applied, worked example filled in. You are paying to not spend an evening building it.

Honest limit

It prices the leaks you already know about. It cannot find the ones that have gone invisible — the double entry everyone accepts as normal, the touch count people guess at half the real number. That is the actual difference between a spreadsheet and the $750 audit: an outsider with read-only access counts instead of guessing.

If you buy this and later buy the audit, tell us — we credit the $29.
