- Usage analytics — anonymous page views and click patterns if you accept analytics cookies.
- Feedback — optional message and email when you use the site feedback widget (functional cookies).
- Support — information you send to hello@sourcea.app or intake forms.
How we use data
We use data to operate the platform, improve the site, respond to support, and meet contractual obligations. We do not sell personal data or run third-party ad trackers on SourceA marketing pages.
Legal bases (EEA/UK visitors)
Contract performance for accounts; legitimate interests for security and product improvement; consent for non-essential cookies and optional feedback.
Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active and as required for legal or billing records. Analytics events are aggregated and purged on a rolling basis. You can withdraw cookie consent anytime via Cookie preferences.

Children
SourceA is a B2B platform not directed at children under 16.
